To promote knowledge of the deen and to inspire women to take their religious responsibilities seriously and advance spiritually, every semester we offer short courses, workshops, and lectures both for lay persons and for madrasah students and graduates. These are conducted mostly by our own teachers and sometimes by guest speakers who are experts in an area. Short courses are typically conducted in English and Urdu. Courses that have recently been offered include:

• Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ
• Ghusl & Kafn Workshop
• Fiqh of Menstruation, Post-Natal Bleeding, and Vaginal Discharge
• Shafi’i Fiqh of Purification (Taharah)
• Preparing for Ramadan
• Fundamentals of Islamic Finance
• Fiqh of Halal and Haram Food
